「正顎手術：改善顏面美學與咬合功能的關鍵！」

戽斗臉型的病人，經常合併歪臉、下巴比例過長與中臉凹陷。
藉由正顎手術，一方面恢復正常咬合，一方面也調整下臉輪廓，使視覺上臉部整體更和諧。再加上自體脂肪移植，一併改善中臉凹陷的情況。

I have been working at Taipei Medical University Hospital and Elysee Aesthetics Medical Center for almost one year. I am sharing a case involving a patient who underwent orthognathic surgery and autologous fat transfer for facial enhancement.
Patients with mandibular prognathism often present with midface retrusion and, at times, chin deviations. Orthognathic surgery not only corrects malocclusion but also improves facial aesthetics. The addition of autologous fat grafting to the medial face, lateral cheeks, and temporal areas further enhances the patient's appearance.
